Design approach

Step 1: Understand

Understand and define the problem by answering questions like what is the need to build the project? what is the project scope?

Step 2: Brainstorm

Explore ways to make the idea a reality. Include related approaches, ideas, and possible solutions. Think as if there is no box!

Step 3: Research

Carefully observe users and find their pain points. Explore the ways they use the product. Live a day in the life of your user.

Step 4: Analyze

Draw insights from both qualitative and quantitative data collected during research. Define use cases, user flows, scenarios, storyboards.

Step 5: Design

Make things real. Paper prototypes, wireframes, high fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes. Conceptualize and model the product.

Step 6: Evaluate

Test what you have created. Does the model meet the goals? Perform usability evaluation, Heuristic analysis, user testing, AB Testing.
